What shipping methods do you use?  We prefer using UPS for most items, although we will use the United States Postal Service for international and smaller items.

When will I receive my order?  We ship items daily that will arrive based on the most economical method of shipping said items.

How do you calculate shipping costs? We choose the carrier with the most reasonable shipping rates at the time of shipping.  Please refer to "what shipping methods do you use?"

Do you ship internationally?  We ship internationally using the Reverb service.  Please visit our Reverb storefront located at https://reverb.com/shop/midlothianmusic.  If you do not see an instrument listed on Reverb, please give us a call at 708-403-3733.

What do I do if my package is missing or lost? Please contact us at 708-403-3733.

What do I do if my package is damaged when I receive it?  In the event an item is damaged during the shipping process, please contact us immediately at 708-403-3733.  We will take full responsibility by ensuring the item is quickly picked up by the original shipper.

What should I do if I want to return the item? Please read our Limited Exchange/Refund policy for shipping instructions and policy when returning an item to us.
