DR string combines the latest wire technology with old fashioned craftsmanship.
These Extra Life strings are the world's finest coated string. Each string has a super thin advanced coating on the plain strings and on the wrap wire.
The wrap wire is coated before the string is wound.
The 1st & 2nd plain strings are coated before the ball ends are attached. This proven coating has been applied to products in the music field for years.
It includes a corrosion inhibiting lacquer for extra protection against damaging substances.
