Vito Alto Saxophone shown in very good condition. It is an excellent student to intermediate saxophone made in Japan with high quality parts and workmanship. Vito is a name brand and on most school acceptable horn lists. This horn plays excellent and nice full warm tone. These brand name horns last a long time.
The front of the sax looks excellent and on the back where it gets set down has some cosmetic scuffs and scratches mainly on the bottom and back side only which is normal on a saxophone. The front looks amazing as you can see in the pics. The pads are the most important part of the performance of the saxophone. The pads on this one are very clean and also look very good. Looks like no major repairs have been done on this sax.
So looking for a real nice playing, sound saxophone, here it is. The Selmer mouthpiece has also been soaked and sanitized then placed in a zip lock bag to stay free from germs. Included with the sax is the selmer mouth piece, lligature and cork grease. Lastly the hardshell case is solid and clean. The factory latches have been replaced with two aftermarket latches and closes perfectly.
Here at Midlothian Music we soak, clean, adjust and service all of our used band instruments so that they play correctly and are sanitized and clean. This saxophone is no exception. It has been fully serviced and cleaned and functions good as new and shines beautifully. There are no dents, a few scuff marks, and some cosmetic wear other than some small amount of tarnish on some of the silver keys. The mouthpiece has been soaked and sanitized so it is safe to put in your mouth and play safely. This instrument is ready to play! Super clean instrument as you can see by the pictures! After being serviced, all instruments are leak tested and adjusted to a light touch.
An overhaul and re-pad is for an alto sax is now near $400.00, this one is ready to go and tested.
